Is PC11 white epoxy reef safe?

Hi everyone.
I was wondering if PC11 white epoxy is reef safe.
Its description says: "non-toxic when dry".
Is that enough to consider it reef safe?

I mean, that epoxy is AMAZING and I could create some crazy rockworks with it....
But can’t find out for sure is it safe.

I'm not familiar with that product. Here's a list of epoxy's and other reef-scaping tools that are reef safe:
