Is the box fish worth it

Hi I saw a box fish at my lfs is it worth the risk.do they release a toxin that can kill everything in your tank and do they do it often like when I introduce him to my tank or when he is getting first day aggression

If it gets picked on, that could be an issue with the toxins, yes. As long as it doesn't get picked on, it should be fine - but I have not heard of much success keeping these guys long-term (about two years seems to be the longest I've heard of at the moment, IIRC; not many people seem to be able to keep them alive that long or longer).
