Doubtful but possible, all of the hillae I have seen have many vibrant colors. It is hard to determine what you have from one polyp.
It is a very vibrant red though, nice find.

It looks like it could homopyllia bowerbanki but it needs to grow out more. That's a nice coral and amazing color for 15 dollars.

Beautiful! I got a piece of brain coral for $3.97. On top of that the vendor was close enough I was able to pick the up at store and avoid shipping.
