It is new in tank so not fully extended.
 
Nice score for $15 .. I have to laugh at the prices some vendors are charging for these things, I recently purchased 10 acans for between $7.99 and $19.99 with a average price of about $15 each shipped to my house overnight for free!

Beautiful! I got a piece of brain coral for $3.97. On top of that the vendor was close enough I was able to pick the up at store and avoid shipping.
