I have two new zoanthids in there and im super excited these are my first corals! I am a little worried the chaos zoanthid looks like its coming off its rock piece a bit. I already glued the piece in place, do you think i should try removing it or leave it be and hope for the best?

Side note: 38g Pensinsula AIO
Radeon xr30
Nero 5
All my water parameters are good and the tank is over a month and a half old.

Yeah they are open and close as they wish but if it is happy most of the time it should be open.
Leave it there for now if looks happy. If you see new grow in a few weeks than the placement is good. If you see retribution move it but be patient even Zoas hate changes.
