Is this a Majano anemone?

I saw this coming up on one of my rocks. Is thisa Majano?

The pattern looks wrong for a majano. Honestly it looks more like a coral than an anemone. If you could possibly get a clearer picture, that would help with the ID.

are we sure thats not a feather duster? the amazing things heavy blue light does!
take a pic under whites and repost. does it quickly retract when you get near the tank or stay open?
