Is this algae?

Hi,

Can you please tell me if this is algae and if it's dangerous for my tank.

Tank 55 gallon 26 days old tank

- about 50 pounds of rock 10 dry live and 3lbs wet live rock.
- 2 clown fish and 2 firefish
- 7 gallon sump refugium (sock filter, a small protein skimmer, I have sea weed, some more stuff in refugium, I have chemi-pure also)
-Lights stay on for about 14-16 hours

Here is pic of stuff in refugium if you can if that also

All my test results are at 0 or near zero

Thats algae. And its just fine.
