I don’t know if The dark spot on the fish flukes. He is swimming very quickly aswell don’t know if that has anything to do with this

If you suspect flukes, a short freshwater dip will turn them white, and they fall off. You can read up on it on the fish disease guru's site:

Thanks did try that nothing fell of that I could see so I guess it’s just a mark or darker patch

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
