Is this bleaching or normal?

So I recently purchased an already established reef tank. It’s going great so far but the more I observe the more I find and worry it’s not going as well as I think...here’s a picture of I think a torch coral at the base of some of the tenicles is these white areas. Is this bleaching? These corals did go through the stress of moving two weeks ago but I’m not sure if this was there the whole time or not?

This looks fine to me. But your other frog spawn isn’t doing well. What are your parameters? Where is this located in terms for flow.

Here’s a better pic filtered to see the white more easily...also I just turned my lights on about 30 minutes ago because the plug came lose:( so that may be why it doesn’t look great...or do you see something else going on with the frog spawn?

So does this white look like bleaching or is it that normal coloration at the base? I would think each part would have white if it’s normal? Trying to figure out if the lighting is too much or too little...I have three kessil 160s that run at 80% intensity for 8 hours I ramp up to 80 for an additional hour so 11-12:00 is o-80% and then 12-8:00 it’s 80% the guy I bought the tank from was going 8 hours at 80% only. If anyone has a picture of what bleaching looks like that would be helpful to me it seems like the whole thing would fade to white not have very white areas like mine
