I'd say RIP. I see the skeleton and looks like part of it expelled all of its zooxanthelle?
Also, is your tank water that green, or is this something else?

Dip if you can, some use peroxide, but if you got cipro, reefers here use it to treat bjd.
Some have success with chemiclean, lugols iodine dip.

Sorry jump in on thread but when you say you can see skeloton, you mean if can see skeleton then torch will die kind of thing?
When got from lfs it was lop sided ,as the square plastic they glued it to wasnt level so at front at base of where tentacles is about 1cm but at the back its around 3cm as the torch tried to level itself out,is this the skeloton on my torch i outlined in red ? And if so is this bad as i thought mine looked ok,Sorry for my ignorance im new.

As long as the tissue doesn't creep further up. You'll be fine. It's when it recedes to the teeth looking plates, you need to worry. Keep your parameters in check and it should gain more flesh at the base.

Ok will do thanks.i have noticed 2 very small pink dots on the base, which had 2 them small circular worms that are often said to get in new tanks ( sorry cant remember name) either them or small tube worms as similar ones in tank can see the feather sticking out and was red under the worm so thought was because this,so when moved it from sand bed to where it is now ( 5 inch higher on rocks) i knocked one these white worms thing off but still one on.but will keep eye on it and give it an iodine dip or revive or whatever suggested ( will research what dips are best ) but will leave it alone best i can first .

I would remove the worms. All of them. You want the torch to not have to fight anyone to heal / recover while settling in your aquarium.
