So I got this live rock back in October and this brain coral that was on it was all white. I figured it was dead. I finally got my full spectrum LEDs and put them up on Sunday. Today I noticed this orange spot on it. Could it have still been alive? Is it growing back?

Yes, it's coming back. It's a golf ball coral, and they are extremely resilient. I've had colonies that size or larger nearly completely white come back to life when exposed to light on a regular basis ;)

Thanks AllSigns, I thought it looked like it so I put it in a better place [emoji16]

Keep us informed. I'd love to see it come back.
But, if thats a golfball coral, be prepared to take a drop, cause I think its 'out-of-bounds'. :(
Where you just making a silly joke or what did you mean by that? Lol

Looks like some flesh is still there. If there's flesh, there's always a chance.
