Is this cyano?

Looks redish broen. Covers the sand mostly, sometimes gets on rocks, sometimes it oozes like a blanket. How to grt rid of it? I had dinos earlier this year and after the dinos left, I got a lot of this red slime stuff. I blow it off the rocks and suck it off the sand during water change. Comes back in a few days.

Yes it looks like cyano. I got rid of mine with chemi-clean but it made the Dinos come back. So don’t do that.
