I'm running a phlizon and ive been ramping up the blues slowly as suggested and im at 65%blue 10% white at this point ad was wondering if this would be enough PAR for an anemone. below is a PAR reading for the lights at 100%

Those levels would be just fine. I ran my black box at 20 or 30 white and 60 blue.

Biggest things for anemone is an established tank and steady parameters. Without those the light won't matter

Yes, I would say so. The good thing (and bad thing) about anemones is that they will move around until they find conditions to their liking. If your BTA keeps trying to move further up in the tank, then you may need to increase you lighting :)

If you're not testing parameters and sticking to them don't buy an anemone. I also think 9 months to a year old for the tank.

Not just being anemone police. I lost a couple learning the hard way.
