Is this fin rot

Hi i was wondering if this is fin rot. I thought it was hard for that with salt water tanks. As for aggressive fish i have a damsel but he is only usually only protective of his cave. Plus i havnt seen him actually bite another fish just chase them. Also what would the best treatment method be. I have my quarenteen tank up and ready. Thank you in advance

Looks more like bite damage. Damsels can be real terrorists. And both the fish in the picture have the same damaged pattern. Fin Rot is frequently more wide spread on the fins, sometimes red lines on the fins, and the fins look ragged and often with a white-ish coloration/film. It's a bacterial infection brought on usually by poor water conditions.
