Moderate Noobie. I need help identifying friend or foe. Pretty sure it’s foe. Water parameters in check: tested today and all inline. Nano tank 14gal. Ever since I bought it (8yo tank I bought from a friend) I noticed these little aliens in the bottom corner. No light gets there and very minimal flow. Just a feather fan lives there. See pic. Zoom in some. It’s nowhere else in the tank. Research said Dino’s? If so can I use some sort of UV spotlight focused to that area for a few days to kill? Should I live and let live? Hasn’t grown since I bought the tank.

I would not concern myself with it at all. You can siphon the rock/gravel - and wipe the glass. I would not do anything else. Nice tank BTW
