Is This Healthy?

I bought this through the mail a year ago and it has grown and grown. I have no idea what it's called. My question: Is this healthy looking? It has recently got this white color blending in with the red. Is that good? Normal?

With the light its hard to say (the blue light makes everything look the same). To me it looks 'healthy', unless you see some tissue retraction, etc - thats not visible in the picture?
