Is this ich or any parasite

Just saw this pop up on my cowfish today. No breathing hard still eating normal can anyone see what is this. Im a bit worry

The single dot does not signify ich however ich will multiply each 24 hour period, Check again in the morning and see if number of dots have increased and even post new pic, BUT first- PLEASE clean your glass as fish was near impossible to view in videos along with reflection from the room

Hey this is few day later. So after that post I dose some prazipro in the aquarium and notice the spot went away after a day or 2 but now he breathing fast

Is this a disease or it just need more oxygen
