These look like seconds bacterial lesions associated with brooklynella and often confused with ich. You will have or likely noticed increased breathing respiration, loss of color and appetite as well as wierd swim pattern

Will it affect any of my corals?You can use ruby rally pro in tank although other fish may be infected and advise is to do so in separate tank with added aeration
