Kind of big for Ich. I suspect flukes.

I suggest quarantining that fish & treating the tank for parasitic illnesses. Believe me, if the problem is not taken care of ASAP, it will cause havoc & begin draining your wallet. Best practice in fish keeping & saving $$$, is to quarantine. The illness could be fluke but also take in mind that clownfish are prone to brooklynella. Either way, the clown needs to be quarantined.

It could be Brook. Very common in clowns and often starts out looking like ich or sometimes velvet. If no flukes come off the fish after a FW dip I would treat the fish for 10 days using metronidazole.
