Just curious here, but is this normal for a cleaner shrimp to jump on your anytime your hand goes into the tank?

Mine does it every time I clean the tank. It becomes an issue when I'm setting a frag and can't move my hand and he starts cleaning around my nails

Luckily the clowns haven't turned to biting me yet, but I'm sure Emo (the female) will eventually.
Just wait. No matter how many times it happens it will still take you by surprise

Lol along with a cool party trick every person I have ever dated has been amazed by them getting on my hands. For a particular kind of lady getting to hold a cleaner shrimp is really cool, just make sure they wash their hands first~
