My basement is unheated it sits at 64F in winter, with humidity between 32-42%. And my helios heater kicks in every few minutes to keep the temperature up. Between 76.6-76.8. My evaporation is a lot. I evaporate almost hourly. And i end up over a gallon a say. Its a 150G with top lids (mesh) is that normal evaporation? Checked salinity it remains at 1.0255. This tank been running for 2 years. And i still check for leaks everytime i evaporate that much. Because i get anxious

Sounds about right, my 65G evaporates close to 1G a day, but I live in very dry climate.

Seems pretty spot on. Put a piece of tape on your RO waterline on the top off container, in 24hrs mark it again. Take like a gallon jug, I have one marked in ml and ounces, measure as you refill between the lines and you’ll know exactly how much a day it evaporates .
