This is my yellow watchman goby... i have another one in same tank that lives under a rock next to where this one lives and hes still yellow. Is there something wrong with him cause he is my favorite fish and he shares a burrow with a pistol shrimp

Yep, perfectly normal. That's just their adult coloration.
