We'll this is the first mummy eye I bought and I can't remember which one it is. I know someone on here will be able to tell me. I always thought it was the original, but I bought the original and they don't look the same. Please help as I'm too confused! Also, when people say OME is that orig me or oregon me? lol

Doesn't look like any of them to me. But it looks closest to the original mummy eye.

Just curious, but if you always thought it was the original, then why did you buy another original?

It's def one of the mummy eye's...just don't know which one and I guess thats why i'm having a hard time figured it out!

How do you know its definitely one of the mummy eyes? Who did you get it from? What not ask him/her?

^^+1

People call anything with a pink eye a 'Mummy Eye'. The OME {Original Mummy Eye} will need to be confirmed from whomever you bought it from.

IMO, I have the Oregon, Original, Meng's, and Cornbred's and it doesn't look like any of them. Course things do morph {Darker/Lighter flesh or eyes} some depending on placement.

The blueish looking flesh on the top and middle and browning on the right edge of the flesh seems to indicate it's not too happy, so maybe it just needs some attention for a better ID.

Was the coral shaded, or otherwise mistreated, becuase if it is one of the named ME's, it doesn't look terribly bright/happy?

had a little alk problem due to the ph probe in my calcium reactor. I guess I'll have to wait for it to fully color back up and then get a better picture. I might have gotten this one from cornbread, but not 100% sure. I'll have to ask him. Thanks for trying guys!

it looks more like the original, the mengs and oregon are a bright green, but only the lineage would tell for sure.
