I bought a green bubble tip anemone today and of course it went round the back of my rock work where i cant see it, but i know that they can sometimes wander especially when first added. Long term will this cover be enough to stop it getting sucked in?? You can see my nem in the background of one of the photos for size

No, because you're covering the outlet side of it. You want to protect it from getting sucked in through the side.
If you're concerned about it getting in through the sides, you can either buy or 3D print a guard with smaller openings or get one of those sponge/mesh/filter type guards to wrap around it.

What you're aiming for is something more like this:

I can’t see much in the pics.
You need a sponge cover or mesh to be sure, but this makes the pump inefficient.
I have a nem my 180g for 5 years and it’s moved only twice.
I have no covers on my 6 wavemakers.
If he walks close, I just stop the wavemaker until he passes.
