Is this red on my rock bad?

I know it’s a crappy picture, I used dry rock from brs and it started out completely white. Now it’s growing red. Is it bad? I know it goes through many stages, but idk what is bad and what’s okay?

Hard to tell from the pics but it looks like a little bit of a cyano and diatom mix. Until your tank balances you will see this stuff come and go. Cyano isn't good....but often normal in new tanks.
