That looks brown. Could just be a bit of constipation or irritated bowel.

If it were white and stringy it would be a sign of intestinal parasites.

I'm sorry! I am completely aware I'm being dumb. I'm just so scared of killing them

Looks fine from my perspective. On food subject I try to feed the LRS stuff when I can get my hands on it.

Just keep an eye on it. If it doesn't fix itself you can feed a boiled pea. Sometimes that helps.
