Hi
I recently bought a p4 pro dosing pump (new) and am not seeing the accuracy stated in the features list 0.5%. First calibration was 0.2-0.3 ml out when manually dosing 10ml.
I calibrated again and got the same results.
I thaught that the pump may just need time to brake in so i left it to its job on tank for a week or so and today got my new dosing containers. When setting them up I decided to recalibrate the pump and test it’s accuracy again but it was still 0.1ml out on one pump and 0.2-0.3ml out on the others.
Is this normal?
I wouldnt mind but i dose Triton core 7 which is highly concentrated and inaccurate dosing can cause big problems which is why i upgraded from my old dosing pump.
I realise the discrepancy isnt huge but shouldnt i get what i paid for?
Am i right in thinking that, if i dose 10ml it should dose between 9.95ml and 10.05ml which would be the 0.5% accuracy stated?
Thanks for your help in advance
