I would hate to have this happen to one of my tanks. For me, even if they replace it, it is such a huge inconvenience to drain, move stuff, have someone help life and bring in new tank and so on. I would probably have a few eye twitches during the process.

I went through something similar last year, it reaaaaaaally sucks but it gave me a chance to change some things I wasn’t happy with in regards to my old stand. I also have everything I need to repair the old tank and one day I’ll get around to resealing it. Lol

Not going to lie it was pretty bad. Lost my only coral, a brand new fish and an urchin in the process. They only sent the tank and stand so going to take an opportunity to give everything a cleaning and take my time setting the cabinet back up including the ato and doser I bought. Trying to make lemonade here lol

Just in case anyone is interested the e260 comes with addition support parts in the stand now as well. Unfortunately they only sent me one, and I had to email to get the second.

My red sea is about a year and a half old. I noticed this today.

Having repaired Many tanks, this much looks like an area where a razor or flipper magnet scraped off some silicone and dont see it as a defect. If you'd like to reseal for a piece of mind, say so and I can give you some insight to do it quickly and secured

has to be the stands causing these problems. Big tanks on chicken chit stands from manufacturers are no bueno. Hopefully you took this opportunity to throw out that stand and build you a robust and level stand with plenty of support
