Tahoe do you think it really could be vermetid snail. I pulled it out of the water it looks like a slug with two antennas

A slug with two antenna can be a Stomatella, good guy or a nudibranch, need more info.:)

I see two potential Vermetids in post #11.

I am new to the hobby but I can't see anything in any of your pics, they just look like a bunch of rocks. Maybe if you could take a closer pic of exactly what you were talking about it would help the experts and it would help us idiots know what to look for in our own tanks. Thank!

Well I apologize its what I have to work with and it's smaller then my fingernail. It also doesn't come out often. But I appreciate your constructive criticism.

I'm sorry I don't mean to criticise at all, I don't have the experience to do so, I was just hoping to see what you were talking about so I could learn from you. Thank you for the info.

Collonista snail ^^^ Sundial snail ^^^
Also, another defining difference between these two snail types is the trap door that seals them inside. The collonista has a regular door but a sundial has an odd triangular shaped door that looks strangely out of place as a trap door.
