I am pretty much done adding non-aggressive fish to my system and am gearing up to add my tangs. Not sure what the best course of action is though.

My tank is a 130 Gallon, 5ft long with the following fish:

1x clown
1x pintail fairy wrasse
1x royal gramma
5x zebra barr dart fish
1x one spot foxface

The tangs I want to add in order of preference are:

1x Whitetail Bristletooth Tang
1x Yellow Tang
1x Convict Tang

I heard it was better to add 3 instead of 2, but i'm not sure if I have room for all 3? Will they be too crowded? Will they be ok? There are plenty of hiding spaces and a good amount of free swimming space on the top half of the tank.

Should be fine. Be sure to give them some greens (nori or sheets of algae) and feed them well. I agree it's critical to add them at the same time, or put in the meekest fish first (based on size and temperament.) I put my Tomini tang in first as I think the bristletooth tangs are more fragile. Yellow tang likely to be more aggressive especially if it's larger.
