Is this too much flow

I just got that torch today and its slowly opening. And i wanted to know if thats too much flow for them or not?

It opened a little bit more. A lot of my friends are saying thats too much. I dont want to mess with it if thats okay.

I would be ok with that flow. it changes direction and the current is not really ripping through the coral.
