It's a few weeks new to the tank and seems to be well adjusted.

Is it splitting, or just crowded in there?
 
Probably just crowded. Usually they hide when they split, or if visible they almost look like they're shriveling or dying when they split.

Cool, thanks. I was thinking it would look stressed, but it just looks like a separate tiny nem in there lol.
