Not sure if this is clear but it also gets very light towards the top of the stem whilst the bottom half of the stem is a deeper color
Is this Zoa Pox?

Update on this post for any future reefers to come by:
I believe this was Zoa Pox. I took the Zoa out and dipped it in Seachem’s coral dip since it has iodine, i also dipped it in coralrx but i don’t think that’s necessarily required, only the iodine dip. Seemed to have fixed the problem pretty flawlessly and my Zoas do not have the pox anymore.
