tank is absoultey gorgeous. deff something to aspire too. read through whole thread and all i can say is wow. really nice. also , it makes me want to go t-5 lol. the color you are achieving is great. i am sure as i can tell your water chemistry is probably are mostly spot on. thanks for sharing

Hello everyone, I'm here with news and to show you the last pictures of the tank :(


This layout with 2years and 5months has reach a point were nothing could grow anymore :| chemistry battles everywhere, sand was sooo saturated, corals dying below on areas with 0% of light like it is normal, the fish couldn't swim properly with the coral density :D almost had to install traffic lights :p well a radical change had to be done.

Yesterday was the big change day to Island Reef v1.1 :P , took us 9hours to take everything out and do a selection on the corals.


So here it is some pictures that I took of my mates taking the big colonies out of the tank :)

For now this is it, when today when I get home I will take a FTS of the final result with clear water.

Another awsum looking t-5 tank.. Seems allot of really nice looking t-5 tanks are popping out of the wood work lately. Very nice and wow only about 2.5 years old is all it is.. Cant not wait to see what you are doing with it.

Hello everyone :) thanks a lot for your comments, the tank volume is ~50g :)

KZ schedule had now changed to initial dosings and the balling light were also reduced by 60% for now... still yesterday my KH was 9.6 :S :S :S battling with Ca, Mg and KH ... testing everyday.
