It’s getting worse!!

The eye looks improved, However when a fish is porpoising at the surface like this, its either low oxygen or becomming moribund but I suspect oxygen. Was this behavior sudden?
Do a water change and also what is your ammonia and nitrate level?
Additionally, are you using tap water from faucet to make seawater or RODI unit?

I did water change today and the ammonia is 1.2 and I’m using rodi. This is the other tanks nitrate

Should I do freshwater dip? Now clown fish is doing the same thing..the same one with 1 cloudy eye.laying still almost until I move him then he’s moves. All other fish are fine.

If clown too is doing this- It points to water. Do a water change and add air stone for added oxygen

You need to treat all of your fish. not just the ones with obvious spots. I would make sure your copper levels are adequate, etc.
I can't tell if those white things are flukes - but you can also treat with prazipro - and copper at the same time - however this is suboptimal.

You may want to read the thread. Disregard you already have lol

Just did a fresh water dip for the clown fish and these things also came out. Same cloudy eye and same lethargic non movement. I think it’s definitely flukes looks like. What’s my next course of action? @Jay Hemdal @vetteguy53081

I’m on copper 6 days now. Hannah tested above 2.0

Aim for 2.25 coppersafe level - You are using coppersafe and not cupramine- yes?
If youre convinced on flukes, prazipro needs to be introduced as it will take up to two days to take effect

Do I have to restart 30 day counter since I wasn’t at 2.25? I’m only assuming they are flukes but I have no expertise. I will get prazipro in the morning. I stuck another air stone in there to agitate the water. I have Kanaplex

I would do water changes to keep ammonia lower. You can buy gallons of distilled at Walmart or wherever if you can’t make RODI fast enough.

The prazipro can degrade the water even more but it does looks like flukes.

I don’t know which bottled bacteria you used but Fritz turbo start works the best followed by Fritz 9.

No, just bump it up and kanaplex wont do much unless bacterial

dang that’s 3…the mandarin, the shrimp goby also died, and the Angel seems like the clown is next if I don’t get the prazipro..if it even will save him…I’m going to see if I can put these under a scope.
