You can of course adjust the 2 at the end to other amounts of days. This is different than the standard 'New Posts' link in the sense that it will show you 2 days worth of posts, read or not. This is handy for those times that you visit the forums and have to navigate away or get distracted before you had a chance to see all the posts on that search.
