Hey fellow reefers,
This isn't going to be a pity post or a "help me decide" post. I just wanted to say that this community has been amazing, even through the years I wasn't a member or had a tank. I appreciate all of the good advice and friendly conversations I've been blessed to have.
I've decided, after realizing the cost, labor, and headache of moving everything to a new apartment, that I'm leaving the hobby, at least until I can get a more stable living arrangement.
Through this time, I've had a lot of trouble with my current and past reefs and have lost fishy friends along the way. That hits me the most. My watchman goby and tiger pistol are thriving and a blast to watch (especially how the tank looks different every day I get home, lol). I don't want to see that happen again, so I'm going to give them and my clean up crew to my local store. The two guys I know who take care of the fish seem to have a passion for it and that makes me feel better about the choice. I would give them to a local hobbyist, but I don't know any (I'm a hermit myself).
I may come back after some time, but for now I think this is the best decision for myself and, most importantly, my fishy friends.
Again, this community is amazing and I wish you all the best.

P.S.
Spot them if you can, lol
