Finally cleaned up the 60 frag tank that's connected to the 120 and added sand.

Jacob, Tank looks great. How do you finance your piece of the reef? I remember at 18 I was more worried about getting rims and a sound system for my car than I was about keeping a reef tank going. Also I would love to see the inner workings of your system, you are very successful and I want to see what I can learn from you.

Hahah the funny part is they're almost identical scapes but I gave alot of my coral away when the majanos over took the tank.

How many hours do you run the 8 bulb T5 fixture for?

I have a led reef brite for 2 hours then 4 t5's for 2 hours then all 8 bulbs for 4 hours then 4 bulbs for 2 hours then led for 2 hours. Then led also ramps up and down from 0%-100%-0%.

Are there two power chords on that light fixture? Or did you have to modify that?

Yup I separated the two ballasts by wiring two power cords.
