He is very prompt with answering all questions and/or concerns about all the PMs he receives. He makes sure to provide you with a tracking number to follow your package throughout transit. He ensured the safety of you corals with great packaging methods. He also includes a surprise in your box (kinda like Cracker Jacks) that anyone would be happy with receiving. Product quality is spot on. What he says you'll get is what you'll receive description and all.
With that said I can truly say that I have quickly become a very satisfied loyal customer. Thanks James!!!
