Basically, in that sell post. 1 light is on other is not. What skimmer is being used? Return pump, what livestock is there. I'm sure you're asking a lot more questions. But, that's going to decide if its worth it.

Could be a tank full of aips.

If you can get it for a better deal but what I’ve learned over the years about anything was quality over quantity. For that price you can buy a new tank , stand and LED light.

Yup, still no response. They said they would get the new pictures and description to me by 6:00… apparently they don’t want to sell that badly.

Maybe I’m confused, I thought an AIO had a sump? Or is an AIO just a tank with compartment in the back that slips in, and then that is the filter area?

The goby has been in the corner like this and surfacing the glass for a few days now… any idea why he might be doing this?

From being around infected fish. Gobies are also known to carry flukes.

Biggest sign of flukes is a twitching head. Like he is trying to shake something off.

So, the other guys are right, first. I cant help you with dotty aggression. Some fish are just nasty mean.
