I purchased a baffle kit from Jax Racks with the agreement that it would hold BRS media cups. BRS website measurements were provided. The holes are too large. After being promised several times, I have not received acrylic rings to take care of the problem. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Cut the ring off a sock, you can clean it up good with a sharp utility knife...epoxy/super glue that to the top ...not pretty but should work ...
I had to do this with my red sea cup ...
You can also push cup towards the back, then stuff the front with something to wedge the cup back
...is the hole near standard or just to the BRS speck? whats the actual?

Probably standard - 3.75 inches. I bought a 4 inch filter sock just to try one out and it does fit.
Another idea I had was to buy some clear plastic tubing and glue it around the underside top of the filter media cup.
