So- Someone gave me a free Jebao 4 pump doser (no wifi). I tested it and it seems ok after the 100mL calibration. It was off by a mL or 2 but since I am going to be dosing AFR (for the time being) i’m not too worried about that.

For the time being i’m going to just have it prep into a small container and i’ll see if it does the job for the next few weeks before trusting it to go directly into sump.

Anything of concern with these? I’m having it dose 25mL at once daily in the morning. If the pump doesn’t do its job or malfunctions, i’m going to splurge for a Kamoer F1.

Who uses these for AFR? I’m sure one day i’ll end up going the 2 part route as my sps colonies will take off.

I used them in the past without any issue. They were not very good at dosing small amounts accurately but there was a post on the internet somewhere on how to recalibrate it so it would.

I've used them for years with no issues. When dosing small amounts, I diluted the solution by 50% with RODI and adjusted the dose accordingly. You may need check valves if the dosing heads are lower than the tank in my experience.
