jebao jecode DMP Wave Pump Application Error

If you know anything, please let me know. How to solve this problem?

I am using iPhone. I am using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. When registering for Wi-Fi, there is a screen where you can edit the name of the device and add it. This is the only screen where you can turn the power on and off. When the addition is completed correctly, the following error code is displayed:

The device and app are connected correctly via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. When I tap the icon for 2-3 seconds to set up the device, the following error code is displayed. What is the cause?

I am assuming this is the M model because of wifi. I believe it also has bluetooth as well
Can you just skip the wifi and use the bluetooth connection instead.

Thanks for your response. I am getting the same error with Bluetooth too.

I heard that Bluetooth-only products often don't connect, so I deliberately purchased a Wi-Fi compatible model, but I'm disappointed.

I have 4 pumps 2 DMP 10 and 2 DMP20 and only the bluetooth and they have never had an issue connecting.

Can you delete the pump off the app and try to start over on setup

I have the DMP 40 on my tank since yesterday. I didn't setup the app. I have been using the control pad. I will download the app to my phone this weekend. I'll let you know how it goes.

Thank you for your reply. I reset the pump and deleted and reinstalled the app, but the result was the same. Fortunately, I was able to connect in AP mode.

I am just using the controller. I forgot there is an app. My other Jebao pumps don’t have an app
Thank you.
I look forward to your report on how the app works. Was it possible to adjust the frequency and set the timer with the controller? I thought that the app was a necessary product for detailed settings.

The same thing happened to me. I bought two DMPs; my version is Bluetooth. I already reset it using the controller button, reinstalled the app, restarted the smartphone, tried another smartphone, but the same error occurs. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it as well.
