Does anyone know how to factory reset them? I had an issue with the current version of the app. My pump doesn't show up and the controller shows that it isn't connected to WIFI. The pump itself works great, but I am unable to use the app at all for some reason.

Thank you for that. I am at a loss for what is happening. The only thing I can think of is maybe Google Fiber is blocking the connection.
