Jellyfish ID help

Hello! Has anybody seen this species of jellyfish before? I’ve been doing a sort of unintentional ecosphere experiment and these things just appeared. There’s probably a couple hundred of them resting on the sand. They seem to jump around randomly.

Thanks! I think you’re right. I live in Southern California so I guess that makes sense. I wonder how it got on my rocks.

In my case, I had already moved chaeto to my DT and only found these when cleaning out QT tank a couple/few days later. That was 8 months ago and I never noticed any in my DT but who knows?

No idea on species, sorry
