Jellyfish?

Saw this little guy for the first time

Is this one those jellyfish often found in New setups? Current setup 6 months old.

Sorry, just pulling your chain.You really need to get a better photo. Maybe you could catch it and put it in a container where you could get a better photo?

Frankly, your asking if this is "one of those jellyfish often found in new setups" surprises me. In 15 years I've never heard of anybody having a jellyfish in a new tank?
Is it free swimming in the tank or is it attached to the glass? How big around is it? Does it have tentacles hanging down from the main body?

Yea, it's free swimming, little tenticles hanging and moves as a jelly when swimming. It's tiny. Couldn't really get good pic as phone cameras sucks.

Maybe a medusa stage hydroid; probably not a jelly
Your probably correct, think i saw a thread where someone called something simular a hydroid medusa jellyfish and only jellyfish part stuck in my brain... But the rest popped back in with your comment...
