Wow beautiful tank man! What lighting do you use?Also any types of media?bio pellets or any kind of carbon dosing?

I use a standard TEK 8X54 watt T5 fixture and run 5 blue plus, 1 coral plus, 1 purple plus, and 1 GE6500.
I do not dose anything beyond homemade 2 part through a BRS 1.1 ml doser. I run carbon 24X7 passively in the sump. My skimmer is an old tried an true Euroreef RS250.

Thanks. The growth period is much longer than 9 months. The first picture was 9 mo in so the tank was set up around Dec 2010. The two most recent pictures are from Sept 2013. Tank is a couple months shy of 3 years old now. The pictures represent just over 2 years of growth. Sorry for the confusion.

Hi, only one Derasa clam in the tank. I have had the clam with me in other tanks since 2003
