I messaged @Joshua Warne last week about some zoas he had listed up for sale. Super easy to work with, and I asked if he could ship them out that day because I was receiving another order of coral the following day. Paid all up, and he notified me with shipping status and tracking number. Well FedEx decided that my priority package was not much of a priority and decided to deliver it Wednesday instead of on Tuesday. Seriously lame, but since they are zoas, I had high hopes.

The package arrived on Wednesday, and everything was labeled and packaged really well. Two of the zoas looked a little rough, but Joshua said that if they didn't end up making it he would send me some new ones. Long story short, two of the four did not make it. I was in contact with Joshua through the whole thing, and he was very pleasant to work with. After all he did not need to replace the zoas, because technically it wasn't his fault at all. FedEx was the real problem. I offered to pay for the shipping for the second round, especially since he was generous enough to even offer to send them.

Received the second package today, on time, and everything looks great. Zoas started to open up about ten minutes after being dipped. He even threw in an extra for the headache, which was super nice!

I have to say this was a pleasant experience, and would definitely purchase from him again. Its nice to have people like Joshua out there. Not everyone is in it for the green.

Thanks again for everything!
