Its for my 45 corner mixed. Chaeto, mangrove and lava rock with a chocolate boi for some zuzh. Ceramic and carbon in the inlet jar

The lava rock has no heavy metals?
 
Idk lol havent seen any negative effects and iv been using this sump since the beginning lol just many variations of the same materials
