TSM Aquatics, I spoke with a customer service person. With regarding my concern for Uronema management.
"We use formalin and chloroquine phosphate but if you have added any live rock, coral or inverts to the tank it would almost be a guarantee uronema has transferred. It is only an issue if the fish is kept in a tank that is not maintained or the fish is unhealthy. "

They think Uronema is in the same category as ich for me is alarming.

Again, do what you want, just a heads up.

Is it not a parasite of sorts that can live in the tank indefinitely so they're kinda right. I believe there's no fallow period for it though.
Yes, you are correct. There is no fallow period for it. I think once you have it, a full cleanout and reboot is needed.
